Design Tips for Best Results
Colors (Pantone)
We use the Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) system. If you know your codes, list them in the notes. Otherwise, we’ll match them for you.
Text Legibility
Keep text size at least 5pt high. Small details need to be simplified to ensure they can be filled with enamel.
Metal Lines
Enamel colors must be separated by thin metal lines (borders). This holds the liquid enamel in place.
Gradients
Enamel pins work best with solid colors. Gradients are difficult in enamel but can be achieved with “Offset Printing.”
